What’s Included in This U-Shape Camper Conversion

We supplied and installed a complete U-shape furniture system, starting at £1,779.96. It’s made from durable, lightweight laminated ply and is designed to fit with a kitchen pod behind the driver’s seat.

The system includes hidden storage for a Porta Potti 335, lift-up lids for under-seat access, and a flush rear door for access to central storage from both inside and out. A slatted centre infill allows you to connect the two benches, creating a full-width bed.

We also fitted a removable centre table system. This includes a Sequoia leg, a tabletop, and wall-mounted storage brackets for easy stowing.

To complete the space, we added custom back and base cushions made from 75mm high-density seating foam. These are available in a wide range of fabrics and vinyls, with prices starting from £650. You can also choose upgraded materials and decorative stitching for a more tailored look.

The Kitchen Pod and Appliances

Behind the driver’s seat, we installed a compact kitchen pod. This allows for full use of the bed system without giving up cooking space. The kitchen setup starts from £1,929.99.

It includes a gas-powered double hob, a large integrated sink with a cold water tap, and both fresh and waste water tanks. There are also two separate storage compartments with flush-fit doors and Evo design catches.

We fitted a Dometic CE50 12V fridge, which includes a freezer compartment — perfect for off-grid trips.

For this conversion, the customer also chose a bamboo worktop and table for £229.80. This adds both strength and natural style. To finish the space, we added a top locker with built-in LED strip lights above the sink area, available for an extra £295.
