Subject to these Delivery Terms, you may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt. This period begins on the day you receive the ordered products.

 

The right to return applies only if the products are unused, complete, and in their original packaging, where reasonably possible.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with the return procedure.

 

For valid returns under these terms, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product or the revocation of the sales contract. Please note some products will incur a handling fee. Please note that your PayPal, bank, or credit card provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
