Warranty Terms
By placing an order or authorising work with Colebrook CSC & Transporters Ltd, you agree to the following warranty terms:
We provide a 2-year warranty on labour and parts unless otherwise stated. This is subject to proper vehicle maintenance.
Warranty claims must be reported promptly and the vehicle may need to be returned for inspection.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, neglect, accident damage, or poor maintenance
- Second-hand or used parts (unless agreed in writing)
- Faults caused by third-party work
We reserve the right to inspect any vehicle and determine whether a repair or replacement is covered under warranty.
Warranty approval is at the discretion of Colebrook CSC & Transporters Ltd.
We offer a 2-year warranty on labour and parts supplied by Colebrook CSC & Transporters Ltd unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty is conditional upon the vehicle being maintained in accordance with manufacturer or reasonable maintenance requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims where evidence suggests improper use, neglect, accident damage, or failure to maintain the vehicle to an appropriate standard.
All warranty claims must be reported without undue delay upon discovery of a defect. Failure to report promptly may affect eligibility for warranty consideration.
Where a claim is accepted, the vehicle must be made available for inspection at our premises unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to inspect, diagnose, and verify any reported fault prior to authorising repair or replacement.
We will endeavour to complete approved warranty work within a reasonable timeframe. However, timescales may vary depending on parts availability, supplier lead times, and workshop scheduling.
This warranty does not extend to:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or insufficient maintenance
- Parts supplied on a second-hand or used basis unless expressly stated in writing
- Defects or issues arising from work carried out by third parties
Colebrook CSC & Transporters Ltd reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty and whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
Warranty may be voided where third-party work is deemed to have contributed to or caused the defect.
